




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Administrator for construction materials, responsible for purchase order management, supplier negotiation, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages purchase orders and negotiates with construction materials suppliers. 2. Controls inventory levels and coordinates material delivery to construction sites. 3. Requires training in Administration and experience in construction procurement. We are looking for a person to perform administrative procurement tasks for construction materials. Responsibilities include generating and tracking purchase orders, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, as well as managing and archiving received invoices. The role also involves warehouse inventory control and coordination with site managers to ensure timely material delivery. Professional training in Administration and at least two years of procurement experience—particularly in the construction sector—are required.
