Job Summary: ITENE is seeking a Technology Strategy and Development Coordinator to identify, analyze, and develop technological opportunities that drive the center’s growth and positioning. Coordination of R&D investment planning. **Description:** ---------------- ITENE Technology Center is recruiting a **Technology Strategy and Development Coordinator** to join its **Technology Strategy Directorate.** We seek a candidate oriented toward identifying, analyzing, and developing technological opportunities that contribute to the center’s market positioning, growth, and market orientation. An individual with strategic thinking, strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, intellectual and technological curiosity, solid written and oral communication skills, and ease working in multidisciplinary environments. Key Responsibilities: * Identify technological trends aligned with market challenges at regional, national, and European levels. * Develop and update the center’s technology roadmaps. * Identify opportunities for developing new R&D lines, with particular interest in STEP technologies, dual-use (civil-defense) technologies, artificial intelligence, and enabling digital technologies. * Identify emerging and disruptive technologies relevant to the center and define roadmaps for their development. * Participate in the formulation and monitoring of the Technology Plan. * Coordinate planning of investments in R&D equipment and infrastructure. * Analyze opportunities for technology transfer and valorization. * Identify European, national, and regional funding opportunities for developing the center’s knowledge areas and capabilities. * Monitor calls and support programs for R&D. * Coordinate preparation of initiatives and proposals aligned with the center’s technology development strategy. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in a STEM discipline: Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science. * 3–5 years of experience in business or technological consulting environments within R&D&i. * English level B2–C1. * A PhD will be highly valued. * A Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Technology Management, or an MBA will be valued. * Experience in technology monitoring, foresight, technology strategy, or development of new R&D lines will be valued. * Results-oriented mindset, networking and alliance-building ability, proactivity and initiative, and capacity to manage complex information and uncertain environments.
