**CrowdLog – Museros** is our logistics center, where we prepare up to 15\.000 fruit and vegetable boxes per day and move \+10M units annually. We execute the true "from farm to table": we do not store inventory—we only supply, pack, and ship our boxes from field to customer’s home in record time. Over 200 people and more than €4M invested in industrial automation over recent years. Everything powered by **CrowdSender**, our proprietary WMS. Increasing both the number and complexity of boxes prepared at CrowdLog—while maintaining the same cost per box—will be your objective. Optimizing resources and improving processes. The **2026 challenge** is clear: absorb growth across all product lines without increasing the cost per box or compromising quality standards. Greater operational complexity, improved P\&L. That’s why this role exists. You will join the Processes team, reporting to the Processes Lead and collaborating closely with Production, Quality, Internal Logistics, and Maintenance. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** You are the person who examines warehouse processes through an engineering lens—and transforms them to scale. What you design on the shop floor will directly impact the business. * You will go to the shop floor every day. No change is decided from an Excel sheet: you will time processes, speak with operators, and identify real bottlenecks before making any modifications. * You will redesign inbound, sorting, packaging, and outbound workflows to handle peak season demand without increasing the cost per box—especially for multiproduct boxes. * You will manage CrowdLog’s operational KPIs (productivity, cost per box) and link them to concrete decisions: where to invest, what to automate, and what to discontinue. * You will apply Lean and Six Sigma where they add value—not just for the sake of applying them. You will pilot, measure, and formalize what works so the team can replicate it independently. * You will coordinate on-site testing of new products, formats, and equipment—and always close the loop by measuring real impact. * When a task repeats, you won’t assume responsibility for doing it manually—you’ll automate it. Using CrowdSender, scripts, or whatever tool fits. * You will manage continuous improvement projects—from design through implementation—including planning, requesting quotes from multiple vendors, managing deadlines, technical specifications, etc. **Who you are** You are someone who enjoys industrial processes as much as data. You thrive among production lines, pallets, and operators—and understand that process improvement does not happen from a meeting room. You possess analytical thinking grounded in reality: translating data into operational decisions, and operational decisions into measurable improvements. You don’t wait for full context before proposing solutions—you test, measure, adjust. And when something works, you document it so the next person doesn’t start from zero. You have 1–3 years of experience in processes, continuous improvement, or plant engineering—ideally within horticultural or fresh perishable goods industries. You are proficient in Google Sheets (pivot tables, large-volume analysis) and ERP/WMS systems. You have already demonstrated the ability to go to the shop floor, observe, and propose well-reasoned improvements. Bonus points if… you hold training in Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen; you’re comfortable with SQL or BI tools for operational analysis; or you’ve implemented industrial automation (RPA, scripting, no\-code). **Why now** CrowdFarming is Europe’s largest direct-sales network for organic produce. Museros is our 1PL, and around it we’ve built a growing network of 3PLs in Italy, France, Spain, and Germany. In 2025, we expanded multiproduct capacity at Museros to support a subscription model exceeding 67\.000 active subscribers. And in 2026 comes the next step: ensuring operations absorb this growth without sacrificing cost efficiency or quality. **What we offer** * Indefinite full-time contract based in Museros.
