We invite you to join our growing company, which serves clients across diverse sectors and values its personnel as its most important asset. We are selecting administrative profiles, commercial managers, commercial banking managers, delinquent account managers, and/or customer service representatives to support our delinquency management department. You will join our offices located in Valencia (New City Center) to perform the following duties: ##### **Offered:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Intensive schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (30 hours/week). * Possibility of extending to full-time hours and shift change. * Training provided by the company. Additional Information ##### **Minimum Educational Requirements** * Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience * Required knowledge: Customer service; Negotiation techniques; Office software; Proactivity; Flexibility ##### **Minimum Requirements** * Vocational training (Administrative/Finance area) * At least 1 year of experience in the offered position or a similar role * Negotiation skills * Strong communication skills and excellent customer interaction abilities * Immediate availability
