




We are looking for a receptionist for our physiotherapy clinic. The selected person will be responsible for managing the reception, attending patients and users of our directed activities, and organizing the professionals' schedules. **Main responsibilities:** * In-person and telephone attendance * Appointment management and schedule coordination. * Use of management software and Excel. * Billing and collection of services. * Administrative support in tasks related to the clinic **Requirements:** * Previous experience in reception, preferably in the healthcare sector. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and schedule management. * Communication skills and friendly interaction with patients. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Extended hours during holidays **Offered:** * 25-hour weekly contract. * Rotating morning/afternoon shift * 09:00h \- 14:00 / 16:00h \- 21:00h * Dynamic work environment.
