Application of agile and traditional methodologies We seek an Engineer to serve as Web Project Manager, possessing both technical and managerial competencies. Key Responsibilities: * Leadership and coordination: Coordinate with clients on project management, quality control, and risk management. * Lifecycle management: Oversee all phases from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance. * Methodologies: Apply traditional and/or agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Métrica v3…). * IT governance: Ensure service management complies with ITIL standards. * Stakeholder liaison: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. Required Education, Certifications, and Experience: * Education: Technical or Higher Engineering degree (MECES 2 or 3\) in software-related fields. * Active PMP or PRINCE2\ certification. * Experience: More than 6 years of experience in web project development. Desirable Competencies: * Analytical ability and strategic vision. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and conflict resolution capability.
