Main Responsibilities * Technical study, planning, and monitoring of renovation projects. * Preparation of budgets, measurements, and cost control. * Technical support during construction execution and coordination with site managers. * Monitoring of construction progress and schedule control. * Management of technical and administrative documentation for projects. * Occasional site visits for supervision and coordination. * Periodic reporting to management on project status. Requirements * Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within renovation or construction companies. * Experience in cost control, measurements, and budgeting. * Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, technical and management software). * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results orientation.
