This role entails coordinating critical processes related to transaction monitoring, optimizing controls, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure proper integration of systems and solutions. Responsibilities include supervising functional testing, managing performance indicators, and providing expert insight into financial products and banking processes. This is how your role will look like: As a BIM Modeler, you will be part of our BIM team within the property department. You will be responsible for the digitalization of the construction operations including the asset management for all 1600 clubs located in the 6 countries where Basic\-Fit operates. In doing so, you will also speak directly to the construction partners and suppliers BIM department and support them during the digitalization process.
