**The Role:** Your main responsibility will be to provide personalized customer service via email, phone, and/or in person, paying special attention to customers' requests or needs. On a daily basis, you will support the management of individual and group reservations, ensuring the proper organization of each shift. You will promote and optimize sales of our services (upselling), offering customers the opportunity to fully enjoy the AIRE experience. Additionally, you will manage inventory and place reception-related orders, such as bags, boxes, or stationery. The team will integrate you from day one and guide you in acquiring new knowledge to help you perform your duties efficiently. **Required Profile:** * Prior experience in a similar position for at least 1 year. * Advanced proficiency in English and Catalan is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. * We are looking for a commercially minded, friendly, and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to excellence in customer service. * Flexibility and availability to work varied hours. * Personal vehicle (access to the facilities is not possible via public transportation). **What We Offer:** * Indefinite contract (20 hours/week: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) * AIRE Experience gift on your birthday! * 30% discount on all our experiences. * Employee discount for private health insurance. * Commuter allowance and holiday bonus. * Team spirit is our greatest strength!
