At **ILERNA**, we are growing rapidly and are looking for a **UX/UI Designer** who will research, analyze, and propose solutions based on real user evidence. **What will you do day-to-day?** * **Analyze behaviors and metrics to identify opportunities:** You will identify patterns in user behavior, friction points in conversion funnels, and improvement opportunities by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. You'll work with tools like Google Analytics or CrazyEgg to extract actionable insights. * **Create wireframes and prototypes that solve specific problems:** You will design low- and high-fidelity wireframes that concretely address identified issues. Your prototypes will serve as the foundation for validating hypotheses before investing in development, prioritizing functional clarity over visual polish. * **Propose improvements to user flows based on data:** You will redesign complete user journeys based on real evidence—from onboarding processes that reduce drop-offs to optimized checkouts that increase conversion. Every proposal will be supported by research and metrics. * **Collaborate with the UI team to bring your proposals to life:** You will work closely with our UI Designer, delivering detailed wireframes and specifications that translate into pixel\-perfect interfaces.
