We are seeking a proactive, committed individual eager to join our team under the Youth Guarantee Young People Hiring Program in Catalonia. We seek someone who identifies with the entity’s transfeminist, community-based, and anticapitalist values, and who is interested in working toward social transformation from a collective perspective and rooted in the Lleida region. The aim is to provide a one-year practical professional experience within a critical and caring work environment, actively participating in the team and contributing to the development of projects promoting feminist and intersectional social transformation. - Feminist-oriented communication tasks: social media management, content creation, website updates, and dissemination of activities and projects that promote social transformation and critical thinking. - Researching, applying for, and monitoring new grants linked to feminist, community-based, and transformative projects. - Coordination and support for small- and medium-scale projects, especially those focused on community work, sisterhood, and strengthening the local feminist network in the region. - Active participation in building and consolidating collaborative networks with organizations, public agencies, feminist collectives, social movements, and the XES. * Minimum 1 year of experience required: - Social communication with a feminist perspective, including: - Social media management. - Content creation (text, images, dissemination materials). - Website updates. - Communication of activities and projects. Valued experience: - Grant management and monitoring, particularly for social, community-based, or feminist projects, and for projects related to the Social and Solidarity Economy. - Coordination and support of small- or medium-scale projects in the social, community, or feminist fields. - Community work, social animation, citizen participation, or action within local territorial networks. - Work with feminist organizations or collectives, social movements, or organizations engaged in social transformation. * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Academic background: - Social sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, Social Education). - Gender Studies or Feminism. - Communication or Advertising. - Journalism. - Political Science. - Management and administration of social projects. Also valued: - Maintaining updated databases, reports, and digital content. - Providing administrative and documentary support for projects. - Providing logistical and operational support to the work team. - Strong preference for candidates demonstrating long-term commitment to the organization, active involvement in its collective project, and contribution to reinforcing and sustaining its feminist and community-based work. * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1824' to '2128' * Additional relevant information: Working conditions: - Contract type: permanent, training-oriented professional practice contract. - Duration: 12 months (1 year). - Working hours: full-time, 38.5 hours per week. - Collective agreement: Catalonia Social Action Agreement, Group II – Senior Technician Graduate. - Annual gross salary: €25,541.60 paid in 14 installments; monthly gross salary: €1,824.40 paid in 14 installments. - Expected start date: End of January 2026. - Working hours: To be agreed upon with the organization—flexible and including telework.
