At Vicens Maquinària Agrícola SA, official John Deere dealer, we are selecting a manager to lead the precision agriculture technology department: \- Establish the strategic direction of precision agriculture technology at the dealership, leading implementation in collaboration with all company departments. \- Ensure the application of precision technology knowledge to drive the demonstration/sales process and supply/optimization. \- Collaborate with sales/customer service/after-sales to ensure effective service and equipment delivery. \- Foster a culture of value selling to the customer and close collaboration with sales, spare parts, and service management. \- Provide economic value through service to satisfy and exceed customer experience. \- Ensure execution of the marketing plan required by the brand. \- Ensure all sales/customer service/after-sales staff know the precision agriculture solutions offered by the dealership. \- Execute and maintain precision agriculture customer segmentation. Leverage customer segmentation to identify opportunities. \- Monitor available precision agriculture equipment and resources. \- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers. \- Develop demonstration and sales plans for target customers. \- Support the sales team in demonstrating, configuring, selling, and commissioning precision agriculture equipment. \- Consult and follow up with our customers regarding the economic value obtained from using precision agriculture. \- Organize demonstrations and training sessions for customers and dealership personnel. \- Prepare and conduct agronomic field demonstrations. \- Compare and evaluate competitors’ precision agriculture equipment to highlight John Deere technology. \- Manage inventory and licenses of precision agriculture products at the dealership. \- Provide optimization advice and direct technical support to customers (on-site or remote). \- Contribute to implementing centralized and connected support related to precision agriculture technology activities. \- Arrange and ensure execution of connected machine setup as part of the customer service process, enabling daily use of precision agriculture technology solutions and products. * 5 years of experience. \- Degree in agronomy, agricultural mechanization, or equivalent experience/knowledge in agricultural mechanization. \- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and operational practices. \- Experience with farm management software and digital agronomic support tools. \- Advanced knowledge and experience in Precision Agriculture Technology. \- Ability to build trust-based relationships with dealership customers. \- Strong written and oral communication skills. \- Ability to communicate across different company departments and work collaboratively. \- Fluent spoken and written Catalan, Spanish, and English (desirable). \- Availability to travel within Catalonia, as well as attend trainings, conventions, and industry fairs. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time * Other relevant information: \- A great working environment and the opportunity to be part of a leading and continuously growing company. \- Direct contact with John Deere for daily department operations. \- Full-time permanent contract. \- Professional development and internal training. \- Ongoing brand-specific training. \- Remuneration based on candidate qualifications.
