We are seeking an experienced **cook** in collective dining, residences, or hospitals, to join one of our healthcare centers located in **Lleida.** As a cook, you will have the opportunity to apply your culinary knowledge and assist in food preparation and production. You must comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a pleasant and productive work environment. The **main responsibilities** include: * Preparation of menu batches. * Proper control and maintenance of equipment, materials, tools, etc., within the department. * Cleaning of kitchen utensils and kitchen areas. * Receiving raw materials and delivery notes. * APPCC record keeping. **We offer:** * Type of contract: indefinite (starting with a temporary contract). * Working hours: **(30 hours/week),** rotating two-week shifts during morning and afternoon hours. Week 1 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 11:00 to 14:30) (Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:30) Thursday and Friday off. Week 2 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 11:00 to 14:30) (Thursday and Friday from 11:00 to 14:30 and from 16:00 to 20:30) Saturday and Sunday off. * Remuneration according to collective agreement (1200 € gross/month for 14 payments per year).
