We strive to be a reference in the industry, offering fast and effective solutions that extend the lifespan of boilers, always focusing on the satisfaction and trust of those who rely on us. **Requirements:** \- Previous experience in customer service or similar role. \- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability. \- Basic computer knowledge and experience using management systems. \- Ability to work in a team and under pressure. **Responsibilities:** **\- Phone support and incident handling:** Receive customer calls reporting malfunctions or issues with their boilers. **\- Appointment scheduling and follow-up:** Schedule appointments for boiler repairs and maintenance. **\- Customer advisory:** Provide detailed information about maintenance contracts and appliance warranties. \- **Record updating:** Keep records updated regarding each customer interaction, including problem descriptions. **\- Incident management:** Handle customer complaints, referring more complex issues to responsible personnel when necessary. **Working conditions:** \- Permanent contract \- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (with one hour for lunch) \- Competitive salary \+ incentives Type of position: Full-time Work location: Onsite
