Your responsibilities will include: * Managing multi\-shift production operations and integrating processes for continuity and balance. * Overseeing maintenance and repair planning, including CAPEX projects, to minimize downtime and disruptions. * Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the plant. **Who we’re looking for** We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to **Own this role**. Someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence.
