At iLERNA, we are expanding our team and seeking a **Media Manager** responsible for executing traditional media strategies to increase brand visibility, managing budgets and negotiating with media outlets such as TV, radio, outdoor, print, and others. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design and manage offline campaigns in traditional and outdoor media (print, radio, magazines, billboards, street furniture, buses, etc.), ensuring brand visibility and coverage. * Negotiate with media and suppliers to optimize rates, terms, and advertising spaces, maximizing return on investment. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Media, Brand, and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. * Manage offline media budgets, prioritizing high-impact and efficient actions. * Supervise brand image at owned centers, points of sale, and partner locations, ensuring visual consistency. * Coordinate trade marketing materials (brochures, displays, signage, posters) with sales teams and distributors. * Measure offline campaign performance using key KPIs (GRPs, OTS, frequency, reach), proposing continuous improvements. **What are the requirements?** * 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Knowledge of traditional media buying tools, analysis of reports (EGM, Infoadex, Kantar), project management tools (Basecamp, Trello, Asana), CRM (ZOHO), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * High level of English is desirable; knowledge of other languages such as French or Italian is a plus. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Flexible working hours from 8:00–9:30 AM to 5:00–6:30 PM, with shortened Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Work at our iLERNA offices in Lleida. * Flexible compensation: meal voucher, transport ticket, and childcare allowance. * Challenging project: we are an innovative company experiencing constant growth. * Be part of a dynamic team with a positive work environment. **What are you waiting for to join our team? :)**
