




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced warehouse assistant for loading, unloading, and positioning goods, ensuring efficiency, quality, and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an experienced warehouse assistant responsible for loading, unloading, and positioning goods. Proficiency in operating manual or electric pallet trucks is essential, as is a valid driver's license for occasional deliveries. Knowledge of food safety protocols (HACCP), product traceability control, and experience in picking are highly valued. The candidate must be organized and capable of maintaining order and efficiency. Production: o Organize resources to carry out assigned shipments according to the terms and conditions specified in orders. o Verify pre-operational activities: cleaning, detection of foreign objects, and preparation of work equipment. o Store goods and monitor available storage space, complying with IFS standards. o Ensure timely information regarding arrival of key supplies planned by administration (ERP). o Load and unload trucks, including strapping and preparing pallets for shipment. o Prepare orders for production areas according to the production plan. o Assign batches to received raw and auxiliary materials after verifying quality, quantity, and temperature, as documented in the following procedures: R\-PRO\-EN V.3, R\-PRO\-RECONCAL, and R\-PRO\-RECONCAL\-M.AUX. o Coordinate with personnel from other departments as needed. Food Safety and Quality: o Visually inspect product quality and truck temperature at the loading dock; perform documentary verification and pest control checks on trucks, etc. o Store raw materials and auxiliary materials in accordance with IFS standards. o Monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards established by the Quality Department. o Follow food safety protocols in case of production incidents: foreign bodies, refrigeration equipment failures, etc. Occupational Risk Prevention: o Comply with all occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations, criteria, and training received; strictly observe ORP signage present at the workplace and on machinery, immediately reporting any incident. o Propose improvements related to productivity, processes, workspace organization, ORP in all its aspects, etc. o Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for this type of work and promptly inform the HR Department in case of deterioration or damage. o Maintain order, cleanliness, and upkeep of the regular work area. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in finished goods dispatch sections and logistics. * Compulsory Secondary Education Certificate (or equivalent) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: We seek professionals committed to adding value to the team through cooperation and shared effort.
