Documentary support / compliance / evidence: * Preparation of files and evidence for internal/external audits * Version control: ensure use of the latest template and full document traceability * Internal coordination to collect missing documentation Internal coordination and support to the technical-commercial team: * Coordination with senior engineers for: visit preparation, presentation or dossier development * Management of recurring tasks: file checklists, campaign status updates, pending item tracking * Internal handling of operational queries Reporting and dashboards: * Preparation of periodic reports (weekly/monthly): campaign monitoring, volumes managed, documentary status, incidents and improvement proposals. * Proposals for improvements to templates, automations and folder organisation.
