Temra Gestión Integral S.L., a company located in the province of Málaga, continues expanding its team and seeks to hire an Architect specialized in interior architecture with advanced expertise in 3D modeling and architectural visualization. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE · Architect specialized in interior architecture. · Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and architectural visualization. · Interest and experience in emerging technologies applied to architecture. RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS · Revit (BIM environment). · Proficiency in 3D modeling and architectural rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools). (Key requirement) · Proficiency in AI tools applied to design and architecture. · Demonstrable experience in interior design projects. · Strong aesthetic judgment, precision, and attention to detail. · Knowledge of additional languages, especially English. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Development of interior design projects across all phases. · Advanced 3D modeling and creation of high-quality architectural renderings. · Application of AI tools to optimize creative and technical processes. · Graphic and technical support for architectural projects. · Coordination with the design team and project management. REQUIREMENTS · Degree in Architecture or related field. · Demonstrable proficiency in rendering software. · Prior experience in interior design. · Ability to work collaboratively and independently. · Residence in Málaga or willingness to work onsite in the area.
