Would you like to become part of a success story and decisively contribute—through your work, ideas, and personality—to the success of our service division? **What Will You Do in This Role?** Reporting to the Installation Area Manager, as Installation Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and allocating installation-related tasks for our products, managing a team of technical personnel. This is a dynamic position featuring a high degree of self-management, with direct interaction with clients and engineering firms. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the team of installation technicians under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Project leadership, analysis, monitoring of installation works and results, and control of performance indicators. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and supporting collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification and handling of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to clients or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing proposals. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- Do you have a structured working style and familiarity with the digital world, enabling you to independently organize your daily tasks?
