We believe in equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity to strengthen our team. **Job Responsibilities** The main responsibilities of the position include: * Participating in departmental technological projects: quality improvements, machinery upgrades, product certification testing, among others. * Continuous optimization of product costs and profitability. * Knowledge of supplier technologies related to raw materials, auxiliaries, and packaging to identify new opportunities and cost improvements. **Requirements** A degree in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, or similar fields is required. Intermediate level of English to hold conversations. We are looking for someone motivated to learn and grow professionally within the R&D team.
