




We are looking for a candidate with a background in environmental sciences, biology or equivalent qualifications (degree, master's or postgraduate), who wishes to develop their career in the field of environmental consulting. We offer two entry pathways depending on the candidate's experience level: \- Junior profile: candidates completing their studies or recently graduated, interested in entering the job market and growing professionally within a learning-oriented environment offering support and progressively increasing responsibility. \- Experienced profile: candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the consulting sector, particularly in areas such as energy transition, waste management, water management, energy efficiency or civil protection, among others. Depending on the professional profile, responsibilities and degree of responsibility will be adapted to the candidate's experience level: • Junior profile: the candidate will join to provide technical support on various types of projects (waste, water, energy, civil protection, among others), always under the supervision and guidance of a senior technician. They will become part of a collaborative team where they will receive mentoring to develop their skills. Previous consulting experience is not required, but proficiency in office software, communication skills, concentration and willingness to learn will be valued. • Experienced profile: the candidate will take full responsibility for managing consulting projects, including client interaction, preparation of technical documentation, and coordination of support from junior team members. They will have the support of the technical director through weekly and monthly meetings and will actively participate in project planning and organization. They will also lead document reviews and field visits when necessary. * Experience: 0 years. No prior consulting experience required, but proficiency in office tools, communication and concentration must be demonstrated. * Degree or engineering in Environmental Sciences * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Access to a vehicle * Driving license: B * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time * Gross monthly salary 1390 * Additional relevant information: The company's compensation package consists of three components: \- Initial fixed salary ranging between 16,685 € (junior technician) and 22,500 € (experienced technician) gross annually, paid in 12 installments \- Variable pay or performance-based incentives (25% of the company's annual profit distributed among the team according to responsibility and performance) or weekly on-call shifts (200 € gross per weekly on-call shift) \- Emotional salary or benefits: o Company-funded training. o Emotional intelligence sessions.
