Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to supervise a team, manage logistics, ensure quality, collaborate with the commercial team, and optimize resources for growth. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and coordination of teams and logistics operations. 2. Collaboration with the commercial team and management of customer relationships. 3. Administration and profitability control for sustainable growth. We seek a candidate with management experience to take charge of overseeing general operations. This position involves coordinating a team of 8 operators divided into 4 shifts, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, schedules are met, and on-site performance is optimal. It also includes logistics management of 4 vans equipped with tracking systems and supervision of machinery in an industrial warehouse. Site visits will be conducted to verify that works comply with quality standards and AISLA specifications. The selected candidate will collaborate with the commercial team to organize workloads for new contracts, visiting customers and prospects to understand their needs, take measurements, and supervise finishes. They will serve as the technical and commercial point of contact in the Lleida area. Additionally, they will handle administration and profitability control, aiming to optimize resources and propose improvements for sustainable growth. Education: Industrial Engineering degree or Higher Technical Degree. Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in thermal insulation.
