At **G\+D Mobile Security**, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a **Logistics Manager** to join our team in Barcelona. **Job Summary** --------------- To ensure the right products are available at the right time by translating market demand into replenishment actions, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and providing a global view of supply and demand across the product portfolio. **Accountabilities:** --------------------- * Act as the key interface between Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Operations to align demand with supply. * Consolidate and assess global demand signals from Product Management and Sales teams. * Monitor inventory levels across the global network and ensure appropriate stock availability. * Manage the EMEA Input file creation process and maintain IMSI range stocks * Identify replenishment requirements based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and stock consumption. * Define, maintain, and optimize lot\-sizing parameters to balance service levels, inventory costs, and operational efficiency. * Trigger and coordinate replenishment and purchasing requests with Customer Operations and Procurement teams. **Responsibilities:** --------------------- * Maintain a global overview of product demand, inventory status, supply constraints, and replenishment priorities. * Proactively identify potential stock shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks and drive corrective actions. * Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize replenishment activities and ensure timely product availability. * Analyze inventory and demand trends to support continuous improvement of planning and replenishment processes. * Develop and maintain reporting and KPIs related to inventory performance, product availability, and replenishment effectiveness. * Support strategic inventory planning to achieve targeted customer service levels while optimizing working capital. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Driven, resilient, capable of thriving in a super\-fast paced environment * Excellent analytical ability and strong communication skills * Excellent communicator; highly organised; forthright; driven; energetic; robust; able to work independently without supervision. * Ability to think creatively and strategically and translate strategic thinking into solid deliverables and plans * Able to form strong relationships both with partners and internally * Strong understanding of the IoT sector and technology * Solid understanding of IoT Connectivity and Logistics functions * Experience of working with a range of telecoms technologies * Previous Input file experience an advantage **What’s great about working with us:** --------------------------------------- * **Culture and diversity:** Join a people-oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
