You will be a key player in **supporting, scaling, and optimizing our Ulyses PMS integration ecosystem**, combining technical support, partner onboarding, and continuous improvement. If you’re interested in working in a technical environment involving APIs and direct partner interaction, this role is for you. **Your Mission** Ensure the proper functioning and growth of the Ulyses PMS integration ecosystem, acting as the liaison point between partners, product, and internal teams. **Responsibilities** **1\. Partner Support (RUN)** * Managing technical incidents related to integrations (APIs, workflows, data) * Diagnosing and tracking issues with technical teams (N3\) * Managing and prioritizing bugs in JIRA * Supporting clients during onboarding when integrations are already active **2\. Onboarding New Partners (BUILD)** * Providing technical guidance for API-based integrations (Open API / Partner API) * Explaining technical documentation and workflows * Configuring sandbox environments and credentials * Supporting development activities (debugging, validation, incident resolution) * Tracking progress through certification and pilot phase (first client) **3\. Continuous Improvement (SCALE)** * Identifying recurring incidents * Proposing process and documentation improvements * Standardizing API use cases **4\.
