Integration into a dynamic professional team We are looking for candidates with experience in facilities maintenance to join a stable project in Valladolid. The position offers a full-time indefinite-term contract with rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday. The primary responsibility is to integrate into the team responsible for ensuring the operation, safety, and comfort of the center's facilities. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing and repairing faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, and carrying out tasks related to air conditioning and industrial refrigeration. Pool supervision is also required, including monitoring water quality and filtration systems, as well as participating in the center’s opening and closing procedures. Incidents must be recorded using management tools such as GMAO and BMS. Candidates must hold qualifications in Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields, along with prior experience in building or office maintenance. Knowledge of air conditioning systems and the ability to independently resolve faults are desirable. An annual gross salary between 22.000 and 24.000 euros is offered within a dynamic professional environment.
