Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced lathe operator for the manufacturing, modification, and repair of high-precision mechanical parts used in industrial machinery and the olive oil sector. Collaboration in mechanical adjustment and assembly We seek a skilled lathe operator; the selected candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, modifying, repairing high-precision mechanical parts and components for industrial machinery and the olive oil sector. \- Responsibilities: * Interpretation of technical drawings and sketches to produce parts. * Setup and operation of lathes (conventional and CNC) to perform turning, facing, threading, etc. * Selection of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for each material type. * Quality verification and dimensional control of manufactured parts using precision measuring instruments. * Basic preventive maintenance of assigned machinery and tools. * Collaboration with the workshop team on mechanical adjustment and assembly of repaired assemblies. \- Requirements: * Proven experience. * Vocational training at Intermediate or Advanced Level (practical experience is prioritized). * Ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings and dimensional tolerances. * Proficiency in measurement. * Meticulous, responsible individual capable of working autonomously and focused on precision. \- What We Offer: * Stable, full-time employment contract. * Salary: competitive, to be determined according to the candidate's experience and value (based on the Jaén Iron and Steel Collective Agreement). * Immediate integration into an established company and a leading entity in the industrial sector of the province.
