Cantoria, ES, 4850 **What we are looking for** At **Cosentino**, a world leader in the production and distribution of innovative surfaces for architecture and design, we are seeking a **Business Strategy Analyst** to join our Strategy and Transformation Department. This position will be based in **Cantoria (Almería)**. There is an option to perform this role from **Madrid**, with availability to travel to the Cantoria HQ **one week per month**.**Your main responsibilities** In this role, you will have a direct impact on defining and executing Cosentino Group’s global strategy. Your key responsibilities include: * Participating in the **definition and implementation of the Strategic Plan**, collaborating in workshops, strategic analyses, and financial projections. * Aligning the Group’s **global strategy** with **local market needs**, ensuring coherence and relevance. With a particular focus on the Americas, while providing global support as required by the department. * Leading or collaborating on **high-impact strategic projects** for the Group. * Leading local projects and conducting analyses to support improved business decision-making. * Conducting **market research and competitor analysis**, identifying key risks, opportunities, and trends. * Analyzing internal processes and proposing **improvement recommendations** aimed at enhancing organizational **efficiency and profitability**. * Managing **commercial territories**, preparing annual and quarterly analyses to optimize account allocation in collaboration with business managers. * Participating in other tasks assigned by management related to business strategy and transformation. **What you need to succeed** **Academic background** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration and Management, or related fields. Postgraduate studies such as an MBA or master’s degrees in Strategy, Business Analytics, Finance, or Digital Transformation will be highly valued. **Professional experience** 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, financial planning, business analytics, transformation, or similar roles. Prior experience working in multinational and dynamic environments will be highly valued. Experience participating in strategic projects, complex analyses, or process improvement initiatives. **Technical knowledge and skills** Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization and analytics tools will be valued. Solid knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, market research, and business KPIs. Ability to structure problems, generate strategic insights, and prepare high-quality executive deliverables. High level of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1). Additional languages are a plus. **Personal competencies** Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into valuable recommendations. Strategic vision combined with practical, execution-oriented mindset. Communication and influencing skills, with ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
