Then this is your opportunity to shine!**About the Project** --------------------- We are looking for a **Senior QA Tester** passionate about technology, software testing, and excellence. You will join an innovative, dynamic, and global environment where you can apply your expertise, lead quality initiatives, and participate in high-impact international projects. If you enjoy exploring, validating, improving, and ensuring every product reaches the end user with maximum quality… you’ll love this challenge!**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** ------------------------------- * Design the **test strategy**, defining plans, scenarios, and validation criteria to ensure flawless deliveries. * Create and manage **test cases** using ATDD or BDD methodologies, maintaining clear and efficient traceability. * Conduct **functional and non-functional testing** (performance, stress, load…) using tools such as JMeter, Postman, or SOAP UI. * Perform **API testing** and validate SOAP/REST web services. * Collaborate closely with development teams and clients to identify, report, and track incidents (JIRA). * Participate in **project planning**, identifying risks and proposing continuous improvements. * Prepare clear KPI and quality results reports. * Be part of an **international environment**, participating in client integration and acceptance activities (including occasional travel). * Contribute to integration strategies and global-scale end\-to\-end testing. **What will make you succeed** --------------------------- * Over **5 years of experience** in a similar role. * Proficiency in functional, non-functional, performance, stress, and load testing. * Advanced knowledge of **bug tracking tools**, such as JIRA. * Experience working with **Linux/Unix and Windows**. * Solid experience in **web services testing**, and tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, and JMeter. * Advanced **English language skills**, ideal for international environments. * Experience leading teams and participating in **project planning**. * Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear reports. * Customer orientation, adaptability, and proactive mindset. * **ISTQB** certification or equivalent. **Desirable** ------------- * Knowledge of web technologies and application servers (HTTP, HTML/XML, JBoss/Wildfly, WebSphere, GlassFish…). * Scripting in **Python** or **PowerShell**. * Experience with **Agile/Scrum**, ATDD, or BDD. * Familiarity with **Docker**. * Experience with **ELK/Kibana**. * Knowledge of automation. * Experience in IT, networking, and hardware integration environments. **What We Offer** ----------------- **Hybrid Work in Madrid** (according to client/project needs) **Versatile Growth:** Learn new languages and technical certifications through our Expleo Academy. **Time for You:** Enjoy 24 vacation days per year, plus December 24th and 31st. **Outstanding Environment:** A place where peer support is the norm and competitiveness has no place. * ️ **Connection and Well-being:** At Expleo, laughter is never in short supply, and fun is guaranteed.
