Cantoria, ES, 04850 **What we are looking for** We are seeking a **Maintenance Specialist Technician** to join our team, providing support to the various Silestone factories located in Cantoria (Almería). You will be responsible for plant improvements, coordinating with other team members to resolve daily plant incidents. **Your main responsibilities** * Perform systematic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic inspections. * Identify faults and operational anomalies, diagnose their causes, propose corrective actions, carry out repairs, verification and equipment adjustments. * Carry out maintenance interventions according to technical documentation and equipment or system conditions. * Propose modifications to installations in accordance with technical documentation to ensure operational feasibility. * Accurately, clearly and concisely report tasks and breakdowns in XMI. Detail work performed, time spent, materials used, etc… * Support and supervise external contractor personnel (preventive maintenance, installations, special jobs, etc…). * Comply with 5S principles: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain. * Advanced knowledge of industrial maintenance, redesigns, modifications or changes to original equipment or installation conditions to improve performance. * Continuous improvement: identify opportunities for enhancement. **What you need to succeed** **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electrotechnical Equipment and Installations / Electrical-Mechanical Engineering. Ability to understand, handle and reflect modifications (if required) to electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams.
