




Cantoria, ES, 04850 **What we are looking for** As a **Technical Process Engineer**, you will manage various engineering projects from the **design phase through to commissioning and handover to internal clients**, collaborating with colleagues from the Department on cross-functional projects within your area of responsibility, serving as the key reference for Process Engineering for Plant Directors. **Location:** Cantoria (Almeria)**Your main responsibilities** * Identify innovative engineering solutions applicable to our technological innovations, as well as apply Best Available Technologies that are economically viable in facilities to our current and future industrial processes, primarily in Spain, Brazil, and the United States, in Workshops. * Actively contribute technical expertise across all areas where direct (colleagues from Engineering and Projects) or indirect support is provided in various engineering-related fields (Purchasing, Production, Maintenance, Occupational Risk Prevention, Sustainable Solutions, as well as Legal, Tax, Prevention and Safety, Management Control). * Identify engineering firms and technological partners that can help improve our entire workflow, achieving a kind of "time to market" aligned with the company’s internal global vision to meet operational and demand requirements on time. * Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, and Industrial Automation teams to identify improvements/expansions to our industrial processes, including installation, commissioning, and achieving production performance targets. * Serve as the primary technical contact and liaison with key technological partners, engineering firms, and machinery manufacturers. * Project Management: Lead industrial projects within your area comprehensively: participate in the design phase, define technical specifications and required functionalities to meet the requirements and expectations of various internal clients who will later operate and maintain the project, from project initiation through to client delivery. * Manage technicians and oversee projects led by Process Engineering technicians in Workshops, efficiently organizing and allocating human and material resources to fulfill assigned tasks. **What you need to succeed** **Experience:** At least 4 years of experience as a technical project engineer in the industrial sector **Education:** University degree in Industrial Engineering or other engineering disciplines such as chemical or mechanical engineering. **Knowledge:** Advanced level of English (C1) Proficiency in Autocad and Solidwork, SAP, and technical 3D design software **Soft Skills**: Strategic thinking and business acumen. High organizational capacity and results orientation.
