Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and required quality standards. * Manage work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Monitor project progress and report updates to the construction company’s management. * Resolve technical and logistical issues on site. * Guarantee effective communication among all project stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager in building construction projects. Knowledge of construction project management and occupational health and safety regulations. Leadership and team management capabilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Certification: Basic Level Training (60 hours).
