At Senator Hotels \& Resorts, we require a **Technical Services Assistant** for our **Hotel Senator Águilas**, located in **Águilas (Murcia).** **What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?** * Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks assigned by your supervisor. * Conduct tests and inspections following established protocols to ensure the safe operation of equipment. * Monitor basic utilities (water, electricity, gas) and report incidents exceeding your scope of responsibility. * Provide basic technical support to guests and staff regarding the safe use of equipment. * Use tools, materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Record and report any incident affecting the proper functioning of facilities. * Comply with applicable safety procedures and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety and Legionella). * Uphold and promote the brand image and values of the hotel chain in all actions. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training qualification in Electricity, Automation, or related field. * Knowledge of energy consumption monitoring. * Prior experience of 1–2 years in general maintenance or as a technical assistant—preferably within the hospitality industry—is highly valued. **What do we offer?** * Full-time schedule. * Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Genuine opportunities for **growth** and **development** within SHR. * **Exclusive benefits** for employees: discounts at our properties, health insurance, banking agreements… and much more!
