As team leader, you will be expected to drive sales to maximize profitability while adhering to divisional standards. Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve personal and productivity goals. You will assume management and leadership responsibilities in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager. Responsibilities: * Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. * Maintain personal and productivity goals. * Maintain quality and productivity across all aspects of your store. * Act as a partner among customers, sales associates, assistant manager, and store manager. * Ability to learn and share product and trend knowledge to align with customer needs. * Stay informed and knowledgeable about all products, and keep up-to-date with current and upcoming trends and products. * Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications: * Minimum one year of retail experience * Confident in yourself and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an enhanced experience * Motivated to achieve outstanding results through personal enthusiasm for interacting with customers and sporting goods * Initiate tasks or activities without supervision * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
