**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 BIM Specialist Architect in Oviedo. **Workplace** -------------------- * Principality of Asturias Address: Oviedo **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Apply BIM methodology in drafting architectural projects and executing architectural works. * Carry out construction management and coordination of occupational health and safety. * Conduct analyses on urban and territorial planning. * Draft architectural projects for new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Architecture (Level 3 MECES) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Previous Experience** * At least 1 year of employment-based experience in energy efficiency improvement projects using BIM methodology **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * BIM course exceeding 60 hours ### **Previous Experience** * From 1 to 8 years performing duties as an Architect, applying BIM methodology in drafting architectural projects and executing architectural works. * From 1 to 8 years of experience drafting architectural projects for new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation (employment-based experience) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 30 months, linked to the implementation of the assignment described in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule + Expected start date: July + Salary according to collective agreement The application submission period is open from today, 03/07/2026, until 16/07/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
