Work in a modern, fast-growing company with a collegial environment. **About the Role** The Vehicle Test Technician set up, conduct, and assist in the analysis of a vehicle test to ensure data meets design specifications established by Customers. **Responsabilities** * Knowledge of basics of Passenger Car, Light Truck and Vehicle Brake Systems. * Fit and function incoming parts on a Vehicle. * Understanding of physical measurements of test components. * Startup of Data Acquisition equipment including LINK V\-MAX. * Install and troubleshoot Data Acquisition equipment, basic sensors, and thermocouples on a vehicle. * Knowledge of different pressure transducers. * Measure rotor LRO / DTV \& understand LRO / DTV basics. * Read rotor mapping plots. * Monitor tests in progress to ensure they are running to specification. * Ensure test results are complete and accurate. * Assist with test activities and question specifications for new tests. * Perform vehicles tests like NVH \& Performance brake tests / Tire abrasion tests. * Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment. **Skills** * Training/Education in the automotive sector or comparable qualification, ideally with ASE certification. * School\-leaving certificate or equivalent. * At least 2 years of professional experience in vehicle testing, vehicle testing or a comparable technical position. * Basic knowledge of analog signal analysis and temperature measurements is an advantage. * Ability to prioritize and execute tasks on time. * Independent, structured and efficient way of working with a high focus on results. * Ability to work in a team and willingness to work together in a technical environment. * Analytical thinking and technical understanding, including the ability to develop hypotheses, evaluate test methods, and communicate results clearly. * Very good communication skills, both verbal and written. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Valid driver's license. **What We Offer** * A modern, fast\-growing company with an open, collegial and appreciative working environment * Structured induction and on\-the\-job training so that you are successful right from the start * Agile, committed team that lives cooperation and personal responsibility * A wide range of further training and development opportunities, both professionally and personally * Fixed term contract , 12 months
