WE ARE SEEKING A FIRST-CLASS CONSTRUCTION OFFICIAL Workplace: Ferrol or A Coruña Arco Galicia 2006 S.L. is looking to hire a first-class construction official to work on currently active construction sites in Ferrol or A Coruña. Responsibilities: * Execution of masonry and construction tasks. * Layout and performance of duties typical of a first-class official. * Preparation, handling, and placement of materials. * Coordination with site supervisors and the rest of the construction team. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements: * Demonstrable experience as a first-class official. * Responsible, punctual person with ability to work in a team. * Availability to work in Ferrol or A Coruña. * Driver's license is considered an advantage. Mandatory Occupational Safety Training (PRL): Training must be certified by the Construction Industry Labor Foundation (FLC): * 60-hour Basic Occupational Safety Course for the Construction Industry, required to serve as a preventive resource and to access construction sites. * 20-hour Second-Cycle Occupational Safety (PRL) Course specific to one’s trade, covering one of the following occupations: * Masonry. * Formwork. * Reinforcement bar installation (rebar work). Also accepted is the 6-hour trade-specific training course, provided the candidate has already completed the 60-hour Basic Level course. Additional desirable training: The following courses or certifications are highly valued: * Operator and handling course for MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms), according to UNE 58923 standard. * Working at Heights and Use of Fall Arrest Systems course. * Assembly, Use, and Inspection of Tubular Scaffolding course.
