Cantoria, ES, 04850 **What we are looking for** The Cosentino Visitor Center and Reception welcomes thousands of visitors from around the world every year to its production facilities in Cantoria (Almería), and this year we want to continue expanding our capacity. That’s why we are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will be part of a challenging project within one of our company’s most powerful marketing tools. You will have direct contact with colleagues and clients from the architecture and design sector worldwide. You will learn about business, production processes, surfaces, performance, design, trends… And you will play a key role in disseminating this knowledge globally, as well as in customer service and reception of clients, suppliers, and employees. Location: Cantoria Contract type: Temporary (long duration) Working hours: Mon-Thu 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM, Fri 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM**Your main responsibilities** * Managing tasks related to Cosentino's main reception: answering phone calls, handling regular mail notifications, room management, assistance, visitor reception, etc. * Planning and organizing travel for visiting customer groups: managing hotel reservations, transfers, meals, dinners, and other logistical needs for the group. * Occasionally accompanying and attending national and international visitors during tours of Cosentino’s facilities, providing explanations in Spanish/English about the company’s history, processes, and interesting facts. * Occasionally transporting people using company vehicles. * Ongoing training provided by different departments within the company. **What you need to succeed** **Education:** University degree in Tourism or similar field **Experience:** At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, customer service, and/or service-related positions **Skills:** * Very high level of English and Spanish is essential. * Knowledge of other European Union languages is desirable: Italian, Portuguese, Polish, French, German... * Interpersonal skills, empathy, kindness, general knowledge. * Organizational ability, positivity, and passion for teamwork. * On-site presence: this is a fully on-site position **Desirable**: First aid/CPR certification Experience working in tours or travel agencies Knowledge/training in design, architecture, or production **About Cosentino** At COSENTINO, our purpose is to inspire people through innovative and sustainable spaces.
