Job Summary:
This position involves supporting minors in their integration, designing educational projects, promoting their holistic development, and facilitating their socio-occupational integration and emancipation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive support for the integration of minors.
2. Development of autonomy, hygiene, and positive coexistence.
3. Emotional and psychosocial support, and preparation for emancipation.
Job duties include accompanying minors in their integration process, designing individualized educational projects that foster their participation and autonomy. The role serves as a liaison between their cultures of origin and the host environment, supporting language learning and understanding of social norms.
Work will focus on developing habits of autonomy, hygiene, and positive coexistence, resolving conflicts through mediation. School enrollment, vocational training, and job search activities will be managed to ensure socio-occupational integration.
Additionally, emotional and psychosocial support will be provided, focusing on self-esteem and creating a safe environment. Collaboration will occur in regularizing administrative status, and minors will be prepared for emancipation and independent living upon reaching the age of majority. LUBRIN.
A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 270 days, full-time work on rotating shifts. The monthly salary will be 2\.012 euros.
