At our gastronomic restaurant located in **Aravaca (Madrid)**, we are looking to hire a **Morning Shift Supervisor** to cover a temporary absence due to IT (temporary incapacity), with a high possibility of continued employment within the group. We seek a candidate with leadership qualities, attention to detail, and passion for service excellence, who wishes to join an established project in the gastronomic sector. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Coordination and supervision of the front-of-house team during the morning shift. * Organization of service operations and task assignment. * Ensuring quality standards and customer service excellence. * Resolving incidents occurring during service. * Continuous coordination with the kitchen. * Providing operational support when required by service demands. **What profile are we looking for?** * Prior experience as a supervisor, shift leader, or assistant head waiter/waitress. * Experience in gastronomic restaurants. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * A proactive, organized individual with strong customer orientation. * Residence in the northwest area of Madrid is desirable. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract covering a period of temporary incapacity. * Fixed morning shift schedule. * Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. * Real opportunity for permanent employment following the temporary coverage period.
