At Atalaya, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Assistant whose primary mission will be to support the warehouse supervisor in coordinating and managing the supply of materials, devices, or services required by the company’s various departments. **General Responsibilities:** * Support in transportation of materials and equipment. * Assistance in organizing the placement of materials and equipment on shelves. * Support in conducting inventories, receiving materials and equipment, and maintaining entry/exit records. * Support in coordinating activities of personnel within the area. If you are proactive, committed, and possess a strong safety awareness—this is your opportunity! **Education** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle. * Valid training courses in loading/unloading machinery and Mining ITC. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in supervisory or middle-management roles with personnel under supervision, specifically in industrial, logistics, or mining warehouses handling heavy and complex material unloading. * Advanced ERP proficiency for controlling entries and supplies is mandatory. **Desirable** * Knowledge of layout design for high-volume warehouses (requires strong spatial organization ability and strategic distribution of loading, unloading, and storage zones). * Additional training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), specifically in coordination of complex maneuvers, load lifting, etc. * Familiarity with mineral processing industrial plants and spare parts.
