Requirements: \- Food handler certificate required. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a line supervisor in a horticultural company. Responsibilities: \- Lead, plan, and coordinate product production. \- Balance resources to ensure required quality levels. \- Quality control of packaging, pallet assembly, and traceability control. \- Coordination with other departments.
