Within the Outsourcing department, we are currently seeking a **SITE MANAGER** to join one of our leading clients. Are you in? **What would your responsibilities be?** * Assume technical and organizational leadership of construction sites. * Planning, monitoring and controlling the technical execution, deadlines and costs of on-site work. * Coordination of direct teams and subcontractors on site. * Preparation and review of technical site documentation (drawings, certifications, progress reports, measurements, etc.). * Proposing technical solutions to address unforeseen events or project deviations. * Continuous coordination with the client and project manager. **What can we offer you?** * Join a project located in Dos Aguas (Valencia). * Duration: 25 months. * Competitive salary: 40\.000 € gross annually. * Company vehicle and work tools. **Location:** Dos Aguas, Valencia REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Works, Mining, Technical Architecture or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of on-site experience in earthworks and civil engineering projects. * Solid knowledge of technical regulations applicable to civil works and urban development. * Proficiency in office tools and technical software (AutoCAD, Presto, Project, etc.). * Class B driver's license and availability for site travel. * PRL training (minimum 60 hours) will be valued. **Key competencies** * Leadership and team coordination skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems on site. * Communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders. * Organizational skills and meticulousness in document tracking.
