Factory Supervisor

Job Summary: This technical role involves analyzing commercial information, defining projects, preparing documentation, resolving technical queries, and ensuring production quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical project definition and documentation preparation. 2. Resolution of technical queries and identification of problems. 3. Technical incident tracking and resolution. - Analyze information received from the sales team (drawings, sketches, measurements, customer requirements). - Define each project technically: construction systems, component breakdowns, thicknesses, finishes, tolerances, and assembly solutions. - Prepare technical documentation for production: cutting drawings, parts lists, measurements, and manufacturing orders. - Resolve technical queries raised by sales staff, operators, and/or factory supervisors. - Identify potential problems or inconsistencies before projects proceed to production. - Propose alternative technical solutions when material, machinery, or deadline constraints exist. - Provide technical oversight of projects during manufacturing. - Intervene in resolving technical incidents occurring during production or on-site. - Maintain consistent technical criteria and quality standards.
