Join us to redefine the boundaries of what’s possible.* From our offices located in the heart of **Barcelona**, we are seeking a **Business Analyst Trainee** to collaborate on the development and monitoring of control mechanisms for the company’s Key Projects. **Responsibilities:** * Use and enhancement of existing reports, and development of new reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). * Support in information analysis for the Sales team. * Generation of targets for Representatives and Area Managers based on sales guidelines set by Top Management, and tracking thereof. * Development of tools enabling control and analysis of various promotional campaigns, proposing improvements to the Business Analysis Manager and collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams. * Development and presentation of sales reports for different company departments (back office, marketing and finance). * Weekly and quarterly sales analysis for the company, presenting conclusions and improvement actions to the Business Analysis Manager. * Creation and implementation of reporting for tracking the Commercial Team’s forecast. * Daily support in extracting data from the company’s information systems (Business Objects, SAP) to prepare the dashboard to be sent to Top Management and relevant departments. * Customer bonus management: commercial tracking, financial provisioning and disbursement. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Big Data, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering or related field. Possibility to sign a training agreement with your school or university. * Prior internship experience in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of Business Objects and SAP Reporting is a plus. * Strong analytical capability and results orientation. * Native or bilingual level of Spanish. Advanced level of English.
