Transportation Manager

Cantoria, ES, 04850 **What we are looking for** You will have the opportunity to lead, coordinate, plan, and supervise tasks and operations within Cosentino in the area of global transportation activities, both maritime and road transport. **Your main responsibilities** * Lead activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transport vehicles, aircraft, or railcars. * Plan, organize, and manage subordinate personnel to ensure work is completed consistently with company standards. * Lead investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints. * Collaborate with staff members to develop and implement transportation-related procedures, as well as company revenue and customer service objectives. * Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and other managers to optimize processes. * Comply with transportation policies, safety regulations, union contracts, and government regulations. * Promote safe work practices by conducting safety audits and attending company safety meetings. **What you need to succeed** To succeed in this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of supply chain management and an understanding of warehouse procedures, including goods storage, order dispatch, and transport vehicle tracking. You should also be familiar with safety processes and legal regulations. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Organization Engineering or similar field. Specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related area is highly valued. * English proficiency at B2–C1 level * More than 7 years of experience in transport management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with logistics software, SAP, data management, Power BI… **What we offer** A stable position within a leading company in the industry.
