If you are passionate about technical work, team management, and want to be part of a company in constant growth and innovation, this is your opportunity.**What we are looking for** * Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Use SAP to create, assign, and monitor work orders, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. * Coordinate and supervise technical staff and external contractors. * Ensure repairs and maintenance are carried out according to quality and safety standards. * Analyze maintenance and equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. * Promote a safe and healthy work environment. * Generate performance and equipment status reports for management. * Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising maintenance quality, such as supplier negotiation and implementation of predictive maintenance practices. **What you need to succeed** Academic Background: * Industrial Technical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, or similar.
