We encourage you to apply and become part of our inclusive team! **Requirements:** --------------- **Our ideal candidate:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. * 2\-3 years of experience in talent acquisition. * Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships. * Ability to partner with Hiring Managers to provide ongoing internal support and training to improve recruitment practices. * Strong orientation toward HR technology applications. * Team player, proactive individual with initiative. * Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
