Your work will contribute to building the company’s proprietary technology—including AI-based solutions, advanced automation, and software robots (RPA). **Areas You’ll Collaborate With** * Naval systems engineering * Ship design and maintenance * Technical information management * Industrial processes and logistics * Internal tool development teams, AI, and automation **What We Offer** * Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to better balance personal and professional life. * Hybrid work model (on-site and remote). * Continuous professional development. * Competitive compensation. * Participative, inclusive, and dynamic workplace culture—we love working as a team! * Join the place where engineers love to work **Main Responsibilities** * Development of web interfaces for internal engineering tools using React + TypeScript. * Implementation of features enabling engineers to visualize technical data, manage documentation, or interact with naval and industrial models. * Backend development in Java / Spring to connect with services, databases, and existing systems. * Design and development of microservices, APIs, and data pipelines supporting new digital tools. * Participation in applied AI projects (predictive models, data analytics, intelligent assistants) and/or RPA robot development. * Involvement in application architecture and technical design. * Collaboration with naval/industrial engineering teams to understand real-world sector requirements. * Continuous improvement of code quality, testing, and best practices. * Work within agile squads and collaborative methodologies. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Prior software development experience. * Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript. * Experience with React. * Knowledge of Java / Spring. * Experience or interest in Python for data analysis, AI, or automation is a plus. * Familiarity with or interest in AI tools, advanced model APIs, or RPA is desirable. * Interest in learning about engineering, the naval sector, or industrial projects. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams (software + engineering).
