Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** * Minimum **5 years’ experience** as a **CI/CD Engineer**, with focus on: + Solid hands-on experience with **GitHub Actions**, implementing, maintaining, and evolving CI/CD pipelines. + Knowledge and experience with similar tools such as **GitLab CI** or **Jenkins**. + Advanced knowledge of **Git branching models** (e.g., Git Flow, Trunk-Based Development, GitHub Flow, etc.). + Proficiency in **scripting** using **YAML**, **Bash**, and **Python**. + Experience working with **Helm** (templating, parameterization, charts). + Intermediate-level knowledge of **Kubernetes** (AKS / OpenShift), including deployments and troubleshooting. + Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of **Kafka**. + Experience maintaining and evolving **corporate CI/CD platforms**. We especially value prior experience in enterprise environments with multiple development teams and distributed architectures. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **CI/CD on GitHub Actions:** Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects, ensuring best practices, scalability, and observability. * **Branching Model Governance:** Define and oversee efficient branching strategies, ensuring consistency across teams and adherence to best practices for releases, hotfixes, and versioning. * **Automation & Scripting:** Develop and maintain scripts in **Bash**, **YAML**, and **Python** to streamline integration, deployment, and internal automation processes. * **Deployment Infrastructure:** Manage deployments on **Kubernetes (AKS / OpenShift)** and use **Helm** to manage reproducible packages and configurations. * **Integration of Additional Tools:** Work with related systems such as Kafka, SonarQube, Jira, Confluence, and other DevOps toolchain components. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Partner with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure agile, secure, and consistent delivery flows. * **CI/CD Platform Evolution:** Join the team responsible for evolving the corporate platform based on GitHub Actions—proposing improvements, new tools, and standards. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * **AI tools applied to software development**, especially hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot (agents, instructions, skills). * **SonarQube** and code quality analysis. * **Jira and Confluence** for work management and documentation. * General understanding of application development in **Java, Node.js, Go, Python, or Flutter**. * Technical certifications in GitHub, Kubernetes, Azure, or DevOps.
